Our ‘Operational Health Check’Â is designed to give constructive and objective feedback on key elements of the your business that influence how effective and productive the business operation is.
The Health-check would involve an onsite visit by an operational improvement advisor. They will then interviews with the business leadership, management and employees, observe processes and workflows, ask about policies and standards, and conduct a site walkaround.
The documented feedback will include ways in which Combined Minds and our expert associates can help you to develop your leadership skills, streamline your business and create a High Performing Workplace.Â
